Christelle and Sam’s Sicily wedding at Siracusa, Ortigia was a beautiful fusion of cultures and styles! Unlike many of the Lebanese weddings we see, they used a muted color palette for a  organic and slightly whimsical springtime wedding feel. Then they added bohemian and some Sicilian details. Nods to Christelle’s work as a fashion designer, all handmade  hair accessories for her bridesmaids to round out the personal and sentimental feeling.

They always knew that we wanted to have an intimate destination wedding or elopement, They travelled to visit the Sicily on vacation  and were so impressed by Siracusa , and the architecture of Ortigia. So in loving with Sicily, they chose it as their wedding destination.

Since they had many guests coming from out of State and visiting Sicily for the first time, they really wanted to showcase all the wonderful features the Siracusa had to offer. They chose to get married at Cathedral of Siracusa, in the splendid Piazza Duomo, on island of Ortigia.

They chose peach as their main color and added in some pink and white for accent colors.

Without a doubt, Christelle and Sam’s wedding  just might inspire you to leave it all behind and jet off to Sicily with your fiance for an impromptu elopement. With a crystal clear blue sky, the pale limestone facade of Siracusa Cathedral and a venue on the sea for a perfect wedding party, I am sure that you will find  Crhistelle and Sam’s wedding very nice, and you will fall in love with Sicily.
